How do we do that you ask? Well, it starts with the food. We use happy fruits and vegetables. We also use free range chickens and farm reared beef. All of which make for happy ingredients in all our dishes. If the ingredients are happy, the meal is happy and you in turn will not be able to resist being happy every time you eat with us.
Seriously though, we do use fresh local produce and free range chickens. We also know where our meat comes from and we have ensured we only serve the best quality we can. From our amazing peri-peri chicken to out delectable cakes and pastries, our aim is to make you smile. We love our food and we know you are going to love it too.

TENDEREST MEAT AND FRESHEST VEGETABLES.
As we have already mentioned, we source local produce from local suppliers. We like to support our local farms and in our opinion, the quality is of a far higher standard than that from national chains. That is not to say we don’t use them from time to time, unfortunately sometimes there is no local supplier for something we need. But we will always find the highest quality ingredient we can.

WINES AND EXOTIC BEERS.
We have chosen to have only wines and beers in our restaurant. We have a small wine list, which is full of local wines. The local region has an impressive selection of vineyards and some of the most delicious wines we’ve tasted in a very long time. We are sure there will be something on the list to satisfy your thirst.
As far as beers are concerned, we have decided a small but exotic selection of beers from around Europe is best. We have also a couple of the standard well-known international brands but we hope you will try something new. We will be happy to recommend something that will go well with your meal.
